Use of Future Gifts

• Hope and Homes for Children reserves the rights to change these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting amendments online. Your continued use of this website after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of this agreement as modified.



• Hope and Homes for Children takes no responsibility for the content of external Internet Sites.



• If you order your Future Gift as a presentation gift card and voucher to be posted to yourself to personalise and post on to the recipient please allow up to 3 working days for your order to be processed and dispatched. Additionally, you will need to allow an average of 5 working for postage within the UK and Europe and longer for international (‘world’) postage.



• If you receive a gift card or voucher that is in anyway damaged will are happy to replace it for you. Please call us on 01722 790111 to arrange for a replacement.



• If you order Future Gift to be emailed directly to the recipient as an E-Card please allow 3 working days for your gift to arrive at the specified email address after your payment has been received.



• If you order your Future Gift to be emailed to you as a gift voucher for you to print off and send on to the recipient please allow 3 working days for us to email you directly after your payment has been received.



• Please note that only one delivery option is available per transaction. If you wish to have different delivery options you will have to buy gifts in separate transactions.



• We cannot offer any refunds on orders placed for any of the Future Gifts. Only in very exceptional circumstances will refunds be given at the discretion of the senior management at Hope and Homes for Children.
