Delivery options and postage costs explained

There are three delivery options for your Future Gift:

1. Gift Card and Gift Voucher
We will post you a presentation gift card and voucher of the Future Gift you have selected for you to personalise and send on to the recipient. There is no charge for postage, however, if you would like to make a donation towards this, to help us keep our costs down, it would be greatly appreciated. You can make a contribution to your order during the checkout stage of your purchase. View all our gift cards.

Please allow up to 3 working days for your order to be processed and dispatched. Also allow an average of 5 working days for delivery within the UK and Europe and longer for postage to other ‘world’ countries.

‘World’ indicates any countries outside UK and Europe.

2. Gift Voucher only
We will email you a gift voucher of the Future Gift you have selected for you to print off and send on to the recipient. The gift voucher size is 125mm by 75mm.

Please allow up to 3 working days for your order to be processed and email to be sent to you.

3. E-Card
We will send an e-card to your recipient illustrating the Future Gift you have selected within three days of the transaction. You will be able to include a personal message on the e-card of up to 300 characters. See an example of two of our e-cards and how you can personalise it.

Please allow up to 3 working days for your order to be processed before the email is sent on to your recipient.

Please note: Only one delivery option is available per transaction. If you wish to have different delivery options you will have to buy gifts in separate transactions.

Postage costs for Future gifts

Postage of your gift cards is completely free. However, if you decide to make a contribution to this cost we have set out our postage costs below for your information. There are three cost bands that correspond to the number (and weight) of cards you have selected.
