Take on the challenge of a lifetime! We have a host of experiences for you to take part in whilst raising funds for Project SIerra.

From cycle rides to climbing challenges, we have that once in a lifetime adventure to suit you. What's more, we'll be on hand to support you from the day you sign up to the day you return. The hardest part will be deciding which challenge to undertake first!

BUPA Great North Run – PLACES NO LONGER AVAILABLE
19 September 2010
Take part in the world’s biggest half marathon along the streets of Newcastle.

Real Berlin Marathon
26 September 2010
A fast and flat 42 km (26 mile) course around the streets of Germany’s capital.

Bank of America Chicago Marathon – PLACES NO LONGER AVAILABLE
10 October 2010
Pound the streets of the windy city.

Trek events in 2010/11
 
Mount Kenya Trek
This trek will take you across lush landscape and barren rock before climbing the challenging Point Lenana. From dense forests to snow covered peaks, the beauty of Mount Kenya will take your breath away!

Jurassic Coast Weekend
Trek the Jurassic Coast, England’s first natural World Heritage Site, covering 23miles over two days on the South West Coastal Path.

Hadrian’s Wall Weekend Trek
Trek for 40km (25 miles) alongside the only remaining sections of Hadrians wall, admiring ancient monuments, beautiful scenery and the skill of the Roman engineers.

  • 05 – 07 August 2011*


Peru Trek to Machu Picchu
From high, remote mountain trails to that first sight of the legendary Lost City of the Incas, Machu Picchu, the Lares trek is a stunning alternative to the classic Inca Trail trek.

Kilimanjaro Trek
Embark on the challenge of a lifetime and push yourself to your physical and mental limits by tackling the slopes of the tremendous Mount Kilimanjaro.

Morocco Sahara Trek
With proud Berbers as your guides and a small caravan of camels to carry supplies, the trek will take you 100km (62 miles) through the stunning and varied landscape of Morocco.

Everest Base Camp Trek
Nepal is a country in a league of its own with breathtakingly beautiful scenery, a fascinating culture and friendly people. Meeting the villagers whilst trekking through this landlocked gem of a nation is one of its greatest pleasures.

China Trek the Great Wall
Join this exciting trek along China’s Great Wall and pass through woodland and terraced farmland following the contours of the beautiful hills and mountains in remote areas north of Beijing.

London to Paris Cycle Challenge
A five day classic cycle challenge! After 300 miles and some strenuous hill-climbs, the sight of the Eiffel Tower evokes a real sense of achievement.

  • 15 – 19 June 2011
  • 03 – 07 August 2011*


Cycle Lands End to John O’Groats
Take on this classic challenge and cycle the length of the British Isles from Cornwall right up the northernmost tip of Scotland covering almost 1,600 km (1,000 miles) in 12 days.
